01Open systems

Free and open // No email, no gate

Real, working pieces of the system I build with.

A library of give-aways, not a guru bundle. Each one is a working slice of how I actually run the work, labelled honestly and explained the same way: what it is, who it is for, the assumption it makes, and when not to use it.

Labels tell you what you are getting before you download: Free, Open source, Reference, Experimental, or Commercial. Everything here today is free and open, no email and no gate. The library grows as more of the system becomes safe to share.

02System packs

Download a working pack.

The give-away packs: real, downloadable slices of the system, free and with no email. Newest sits at the top. One click and it is yours.

The SYSTEM starter pack

A real slice of my AI video-production system.

Free
What it is
The honest slice, not a guru bundle: the capability-adapter design pattern that lets the system outlive any single vendor, two drop-in production scripts (extract_last_frame.py and build_endcard.py), the vibe-directing prompt skill that does the directing, the one page of measured laws that is the actual moat, and a README and LICENSE.
Who it is for
Builders who want a working reference for a vendor-independent AI production pipeline, not a course.
The assumption
That the durable value is the pattern and the measured laws, not any one model or vendor. Use it, do not resell it.
When not to use it
If you want a turnkey product or a paid program. This is a free reference to learn from and build on.

Download the pack (.zip)

Free, no email, one click.

More packs land here over time, newest first, always labelled, always free unless a chip says otherwise.

03The tools

The open frameworks behind them.

These aren't downloads. They're the working systems the packs come out of, free and open, with the same honest labels.

Orchestrator OS

An open framework for running AI as a system.

Open source
What it is
Orchestrator OS is an open framework for coordinating AI agents, context, tools, ceremonies, memory, and review as one system, instead of a loose pile of prompts.
Who it is for
Engineers, researchers, and system architects who are past single prompts and need roles, rules, review, and memory that survive a handoff.
The assumption
That AI work carrying real responsibility needs a system around the model, not a better one-off prompt, and that the framework has to stay legible to someone who did not write it.
When not to use it
If you need a finished product or a single answer now. This is an operating framework to build on, not an app to install.

AI Prompt Sync

Move your operating context into any AI conversation.

Free
What it is
AI Prompt Sync is a practical public tool that moves your prompt and working-directory context into an AI conversation, so you don't rebuild the operating state every time.
Who it is for
Anyone who reopens an AI assistant and rebuilds the same context by hand. Free and public, no email and no sign-up.
The assumption
That the friction worth removing is re-entering context, not the reasoning itself. It carries the operating state in; it does not do the work for you.
When not to use it
If your context changes completely every session, or you need a full agent framework with roles and review, reach for Orchestrator OS instead.
Access
aipromptsync.com, free to use.
04Where to go next

These are the public pieces of a bigger system.

These open pieces are the part of a larger operating system you can actually inspect. To see how they show up in real projects, read the Work page. For the thinking behind them, read the Field Notes.
